Can I order on the app?

No, there is no ordering through the Tabbi app. Tabbi securely passes your card information to the venue for a faster, more transparent check-out experience.

Open your tab on the app, then order with a bartender or server as usual.

What happens when I send a message request on Tabbi?

The message request will go to the person's inbox and disappear in 24 hours.

Does Tabbi require additional hardware?

No, Tabbi does not require any additional hardware or complex setup.

How soon after integrating Tabbi will our venue go live with Tabbi Pay?

Tabbi Pay can go live in as quickly as 10 minutes after clicking “Integrate Now,” but can be hidden from public view until your team is ready to launch publicly.
